In efforts to improving Maternal & Infant Health we have received support from Elevance Health Foundation to provide Doula Relief services starting 2023 for expecting mothers residing in Brooklyn NY who are low income and in need. We are glad to have partnered with Sistahood of Birthworkers Agency and onboard 7 Certified Community Based Doulas from this Agency.

Qualifying Applicants:
-MUST BE ENTERING 3RD TRIMESTER OF PREGNANCY
-Black, Hispanic and BIPOC expecting mothers
-Receive or are eligible for Medicaid, government assitance or WIC
-Reside in Brooklyn NY
-Give birth at Woodhull or Wycoff Hospital (other hospitals is at Doula and Patients discretion)
-Immigrant/Asylum seekers are eligible
